Steps

1. 1Base platformLay an 11×11 floor of stone bricks in the middle of the build area.
2. 2Upper platformLay a smaller 9×9 layer of polished andesite on top of the stone bricks.
3. 3PlinthBuild a 5×5 block of stone bricks three high in the middle, with a smooth quartz layer on top.
4. 4RobeStack a quartz robe: 3×3 for three layers, then a 3-wide band narrowing to a column.
5. 5Head and haloPlace a chiseled quartz head and a quartz cap on top, then ring the cap with four gold blocks as a halo.
6. 6Left wingBuild the west wing behind the back as columns of quartz that rise higher the further out they go.
7. 7Right wingMirror the wing on the east side with the same column heights.
8. 8ArmsLay a row of quartz slabs across the front of the robe and hold a gold block between two quartz blocks.
9. 9Lanterns and stepsPut stone brick stairs at the front of the platform and a wall post with a lantern on each platform corner.
10. 10FlowersScatter white tulips and oxeye daisies on the grass around the platform.
