Steps

1. 1Lay 69 spruce planks for the left floorDig 1 block below the grass first. Keep the planks inside a 10 by 15 area.
2. 2Lay 66 spruce planks and 3 dispensers in the middleThis goes 1 below the grass in a 7 by 11 area. Put the 3 dispensers in a straight row.
3. 3Lay 68 spruce planks for the right floorDig 1 block below the grass. Fill a 10 by 15 area to match the left side.
4. 4Fill the middle with 54 more spruce planksStay 1 below the grass. These join the floor pieces inside a 17 by 16 area.
5. 5Add 27 spruce planks at the front right cornerKeep them 1 below the grass in a 6 by 6 area. This finishes the floor in that corner.
6. 6Lay 66 stone bricks on the left sidePlace them 1 below the grass in a 14 by 18 area. They make a strong base for the stone walls.
7. 7Lay 66 stone bricks on the right sidePlace them 1 below the grass in a 14 by 18 area, just like the left side.
8. 8Start the left walls with 61 stone bricksAdd 5 spruce slabs in the top half of the block and 5 cobblestone walls. Leave gaps for doors.
9. 9Start the right walls with 60 stone bricksAdd 5 cobblestone walls and 5 spruce slabs. Put the slabs in the top half of the block.
10. 10Add 8 spruce stairs, 4 polished andesite slabs, and 4 bricksFlip 4 of the stairs upside down. Put the 4 slabs in the top half of the block.
11. 11Place 2 ladders and 2 granite in the middlePut the ladders on a wall so you can climb up later. The granite adds a bit of color.
12. 12Build layer 2 with 71 stone bricks in the middleAdd 6 spruce stairs and a row of 2 bricks. Turn 3 of the stairs upside down.
13. 13Add 36 stone bricks to layer 2 on the rightPlace 2 spruce stairs in a row and 1 bricks block. Flip 1 of the stairs upside down.
14. 14Place 18 spruce fences around layer 2Add 2 ladders and 1 granite stairs too. Fences make nice little railings.
15. 15Put 1 brick stairs and 1 granite in the front right cornerThese sit on layer 2. They add small spots of color to the stone.
16. 16Build layer 3 in the middle with 64 stone bricksAdd 6 stone brick stairs and 6 spruce stairs. Turn 9 of the stairs upside down.
17. 17Add 37 stone bricks to layer 3 on the rightPlace 4 stone brick stairs and 2 spruce stairs. Turn 5 of the stairs upside down.
18. 18Place 22 spruce fences around layer 3Add 2 ladders and 2 spruce planks too. Keep the ladders lined up with the ones below.
19. 19Add 14 spruce fence gates around layer 3Also place 2 bricks, 1 brick stairs, and 1 granite stairs. The gates look like wood trim.
20. 20Build layer 4 on the left with 63 stone bricksAdd 4 spruce stairs and 3 spruce fences. Turn 2 of the stairs upside down.
21. 21Build layer 4 on the right with 63 stone bricksAdd 4 spruce stairs and 3 spruce fences to match the left. Turn 2 of the stairs upside down.
22. 22Place 16 spruce slabs across the middle of layer 4Put the slabs in the top half of the block. Add 2 ladders and 2 stone brick stairs upside down.
23. 23Add 14 campfires around layer 4Also place 2 cobblestone walls, 1 granite, and 1 bricks. Campfires make smoke like a chimney.
24. 24Lay 56 stripped spruce logs on layer 5Keep them in a 19 by 18 area in the middle and add 1 bricks block. This is the floor for the next level.
25. 25Place 28 stripped spruce logs at the front right cornerFit them in an 8 by 8 area on layer 5. Add 1 granite too.
26. 26Fill layer 5 with 65 spruce planks in the middleThis makes the upstairs floor. Stay inside a 27 by 17 area.
27. 27Add 45 stone bricks and 6 spruce fences on layer 5Place 2 ladders in line with the ones below so you can keep climbing up.
28. 28Place 36 spruce stairs around the edge of layer 5Turn 32 of them upside down. Add 6 spruce slabs in the top half of the block.
29. 29Build the left upper walls with 53 oak planksAdd 9 stripped spruce logs as posts and 9 spruce slabs in the top half of the block.
30. 30Add 25 oak planks to the front right cornerUse 5 stripped spruce logs as posts. Put the 5 spruce slabs in the top half of the block.
31. 31Place 51 stone bricks around layer 6Add 4 dark oak stairs and 2 spruce stairs. Turn 2 of the stairs upside down.
32. 32Add 30 polished andesite stairs upside downAll 30 go upside down in the middle of layer 6. Also add 2 ladders, 1 granite, and 1 bricks.
33. 33Place 60 stripped oak logs around layer 7Add 14 stripped spruce logs and 1 bricks block. These make the wooden walls of the halls.
34. 34Lay 43 spruce slabs in the middle of layer 7Put 16 of the slabs in the top half of the block. Add 2 ladders and 1 granite.
35. 35Place 30 polished andesite in the middleThese sit on layer 7 inside a 25 by 17 area. They build up the stone walls.
36. 36Add 24 stone bricks on the back sideKeep them on layer 7 in a 27 by 5 area. This keeps the back tower growing.
37. 37Place 24 polished andesite stairs in the middleThey go on layer 7. Use them to shape the top edge of the stone walls.
38. 38Place 60 stripped oak logs around layer 8Add 8 spruce fence gates and 4 oak stairs. Turn the 4 stairs upside down.
39. 39Add 34 polished andesite slabs around layer 8Put 4 of the slabs in the top half of the block. Add 2 bricks too.
40. 40Place 24 stone bricks and 14 stripped spruce logsThese go on layer 8. The stone bricks keep the back tower going up.
41. 41Lay 55 oak planks on the left for layer 9Add 6 campfires and 3 oak fences. This finishes the top of the left walls.
42. 42Add 27 oak planks at the front right cornerPlace 2 campfires and 1 oak fence on layer 9 too.
43. 43Place 20 stone bricks and 4 spruce fences in backThese go on layer 9 in a 27 by 5 area to keep the tower rising.
44. 44Add 18 dark oak stairs around layer 9Turn 16 of them upside down. Place 1 granite and 1 bricks too.
45. 45Place 14 stripped spruce logs around layer 9Put them on top of the logs below to make tall wooden posts.
46. 46Lay 28 oak planks around layer 10Add 4 spruce fence gates and 1 granite stairs. Turn the stairs upside down.
47. 47Add 20 stone bricks and 4 spruce fences in the middlePlace 1 brick stairs upside down on layer 10 too.
48. 48Place 16 dark oak stairs upside downAll 16 go upside down around layer 10. They make the edge under the roof.
49. 49Stack 48 stone bricks on layers 11 and 12Use 24 blocks on each layer. Add 4 campfires and 2 bricks.
50. 50Lay 18 spruce slabs on layers 11 and 12Put them in the top half of the block. Add 2 granite in the flat wall.
51. 51Place 14 oak planks and 12 dark oak stairsSpread them over layers 11 and 12. Turn all 12 stairs upside down.
52. 52Add 24 stone bricks on layer 13Keep them in the middle in a 27 by 5 area. Add 2 campfires too.
53. 53Place 16 polished andesite stairs upside downAdd 8 polished andesite slabs in the top half of the block. This makes the top rim of the back tower.
54. 54Stack 56 spruce planks from layer 14 to 16Spread them over 3 layers on the back side. This is the base of the tower roof.
55. 55Add 16 polished andesite on layer 14Place 2 polished andesite stairs too. Keep it all on the back side.
56. 56Stack 25 spruce planks from layer 17 to 21Make the stack thinner as it goes up. This is the point of the tower roof.
57. 57Add 4 spruce stairs and 2 cobblestone walls up topThese go from layer 17 to 22 on the back side. The walls start the flag poles.
58. 58Build the flags with 4 white wool and 2 cyan woolPlace 4 spruce fences as 2 poles, each 2 blocks tall. Put the wool beside the top of each pole.
59. 59Place 5 spruce doors on the ground floorEach door takes 2 blocks. Put them in the gaps you left in the walls.
60. 60Add 4 spruce doors upstairs on the frontThese go on layers 6 and 7. Each door takes 2 blocks.
61. 61Put 18 glass panes in the windows on layer 7Place them in the open window holes all around the build.
62. 62Add 18 more glass panes on layer 8Stack them on top of the panes below to make tall windows.
63. 63Start the roof with 72 dark oak stairsFace the stairs out so the roof slopes down on every side.

74. 74Finish the flags with 6 cyan wool and 2 white woolAdd 2 spruce fences for the poles. The wool sticks out from the top like a waving flag.
75. 75Place 4 red beds upstairs at the frontEach bed takes 2 blocks. This is the bedroom.
76. 76Set up the work area with 6 blast furnacesAdd 3 crafting tables, 2 furnaces, 2 smokers, and 1 crafter in a line on the ground floor.
77. 77Put 2 crafting tables on layer 5 at the backPlace them inside along the back wall.
