Steps

1. 1Lay 85 spruce planks in the back left corner for a floorDig one block down first. Fill a 7 by 18 area. This is the floor of the left house.
2. 2Lay 95 spruce planks along the back for a floorDig one block down first. Fill a 17 by 7 area between the two corners. This is the back house floor.
3. 3Lay 85 spruce planks in the back right corner for a floorDig one block down first. Fill a 7 by 18 area. This is the floor of the right house.
4. 4Place 80 stone bricks in the back left cornerDig one block down first. This is the floor of the left tower. Look at the picture to see where it sits.
5. 5Place 80 stone bricks in the back right cornerDig one block down first. This is the floor of the right tower. It should match the left side.
6. 6Build layer 1 of the walls with 126 stone bricksGo all the way around. Add 4 oak fence and 4 cobblestone wall too. Leave gaps for the doors.
7. 7Add 21 stone bricks on the right side of layer 1Also place 2 cobblestone wall and 2 oak fence. These finish the right side.
8. 8Place 44 cobblestone in the middle of layer 1Add 4 ladders and 4 spruce stairs. Flip 2 of the stairs upside down.
9. 9Build a fence with 20 spruce fence and 4 spruce fence gatesThis is the low wall around the yard. The gates let you walk in and out.
10. 10Stack 98 stone bricks all around for layer 2Put 4 ladders on the walls so you can climb later. Keep the door gaps open.
11. 11Add 79 cobblestone all around on layer 2Also place 4 spruce stairs and 2 spruce planks. Turn 2 of the stairs upside down.
12. 12Build layer 3 with 98 stone bricksPlace 14 stone brick stairs upside down and add 6 oak fence. The flipped stairs make a nice edge.
13. 13Add 79 cobblestone all around on layer 3Place 4 ladders and 2 cobblestone stairs. Both stairs go upside down.
14. 14Place 40 spruce stairs along the front on layer 3Flip 38 of them upside down. Put 1 cobblestone slab in the top half of its block.
15. 15Lay 78 spruce slabs in the back left corner on layer 4Put every slab in the top half of the block. This makes the upstairs floor. Add 2 ladders to climb up.
16. 16Lay 95 spruce slabs along the back on layer 4Put every slab in the top half of the block. This is the upstairs floor of the back house.
17. 17Lay 78 spruce slabs in the back right corner on layer 4Put every slab in the top half of the block. Add 2 ladders so you can climb up.
18. 18Stack 111 stone bricks on the back side for layer 4These keep the tower walls going up. Follow the walls you already built.
19. 19Build the front walls with 55 spruce planks on layer 4Add 38 stripped spruce wood and 38 stripped spruce log. They make the wood frame around the walls.
20. 20Place 50 spruce stairs along the back on layer 4Flip 48 of them upside down. They make a neat trim under the next floor.
21. 21Add 49 cobblestone on the back side of layer 4Put them on top of the cobblestone walls below. Look at the picture to match.
22. 22Build layer 5 with 70 oak planks on the back sideAdd 4 ladders and a straight row of 3 smooth quartz stairs.
23. 23Stack 52 stone bricks on the towers for layer 5Place 10 obsidian in a line. Put 4 soul sand at the 4 corners of a 33 by 2 area.
24. 24Put 28 oak logs in the walls as posts on layer 5These are the corner posts of the wood houses. Line them up with the logs below.
25. 25Place 28 spruce stairs in the middle on layer 5Turn 14 of them upside down. Check the picture for which way they face.
26. 26Add 52 stone bricks to the towers for layer 6Place 4 obsidian. Put 4 nether wart at the corners of a 33 by 2 area.
27. 27Build layer 6 with 44 oak planksAdd 4 ladders so the climb keeps going up.
28. 28Put 28 oak logs on layer 6 for postsStack them right on top of the logs below.
29. 29Stack 52 stone bricks for layer 7Add 8 stone brick stairs and 8 oak stairs. All 16 stairs go upside down.
30. 30Place 46 oak planks on layer 7Add 4 obsidian and 4 ladders too.
31. 31Put 28 oak logs on layer 7 for postsKeep stacking the posts on top of the ones below.
32. 32Build layer 8 with 64 stone bricksAdd 4 obsidian and 4 ladders.

36. 36Add 112 oak logs on layer 9Also place 16 oak fence. The logs make the top beams of the houses.
37. 37Lay 74 spruce slabs on layer 9Put each slab in the top half of the block. Add 4 ladders.
38. 38Stack 64 stone bricks on the towers for layer 9Add 10 obsidian in a line.
39. 39Place 30 spruce stairs on layer 9Turn 26 of them upside down.
40. 40Build layer 10 with 64 stone bricksAdd 8 oak stairs and 4 ladders.
41. 41Add 44 oak planks on layer 10These fill the top of the house walls.
