Steps

1. 1Place 32 oak planks in a 4 by 8 rectangleDig one block down into the grass first. This goes in the front left corner as part of the floor.
2. 2Place 31 oak planks in a 5 by 8 areaDig one block down in the front right corner. A few spots stay empty, so check the picture.
3. 3Lay 38 stone bricks along the front sideThis is still one block below the grass. It makes the strong stone base for the house.
4. 4Build layer 1 with 39 stone bricks and 2 cobblestone stairsAdd 1 spruce fence too. Leave gaps where the doors go.
5. 5Add 10 spruce fence gates and 7 cobblestone wallsThese go all around on layer 1. They make a little fence around the porch and garden.
6. 6Build layer 2 with 34 stone bricksAdd 3 spruce fence and 2 cobblestone stairs too. Keep the window and door gaps open.
7. 7Build layer 3 with 33 stone bricksAdd 3 spruce fence, 2 stone brick stairs, and 2 cobblestone stairs. 2 of the stairs go upside down.
8. 8Place 45 oak slabs in a 9 by 5 rectanglePut each slab in the top half of the block to make the upstairs floor. Add 2 spruce fence too.
9. 9Add 42 stone bricks to layer 4 on the frontPut 1 cobblestone stairs here too. This is the top of the stone part of the house.
10. 10Place 11 cobblestone slabs in a 6 by 2 outlinePut the slabs in the top half of the block. Leave 1 gap in the outline.
11. 11Build up with 14 oak planks on layers 5 and 6Add 3 spruce fence and 1 smooth quartz stairs on the front side. The wood walls sit on top of the stone.
12. 12Add 14 stripped oak logs on layer 6These go in the middle part of the walls. Look at the picture to see where each one goes.
13. 13Stand 6 oak log columns, each 2 blocks tallThat is 12 logs in all. Add 10 oak stairs on layers 5 and 6 too.
14. 14Add 6 spruce fence gates and 6 campfires on the leftPut the 6 campfires in a straight row on layer 5. Add 2 cobblestone walls too.
15. 15Place 14 stripped oak logs on layer 7Add 2 oak stairs and 2 spruce fence on the front side. The 2 stairs go upside down.
16. 16Add 38 oak logs on layers 7 and 8These make the top of the wood walls. Count them so you use all 38.
17. 17Fill the roof ends with 16 oak planksAdd 14 stone brick stairs, all upside down. They go from layer 8 to layer 11.
18. 18Add 4 glass panes and 2 oak doors downstairsEach door takes 2 blocks. Put them in the gaps you left on layers 1 and 2.
19. 19Add 2 oak doors and 4 glass panes higher upThese go from layer 3 to layer 6. Each door takes 2 blocks.
20. 20Place 10 glass panes on layer 6Put them in the window gaps in the wood walls.
21. 21Place 10 glass panes on layer 7Fill the window gaps on this layer too so the rooms get lots of light.
22. 22Add a cobblestone slab, stairs, and spruce fence in the cornerThese go in the front right corner on layer 4. Put the slab in the top half of the block.
23. 23Place 24 campfires in a 6 by 4 rectangleThis goes on layer 5. Add 1 spruce fence gate and 1 spruce fence too.
24. 24Add 26 stone brick stairs for the roof edgePut 12 campfires in a 6 by 2 rectangle on layer 8 too.
25. 25Place 44 spruce stairs on layers 9 and 10Face the stairs so they slope up toward the middle. This is the main roof.
26. 26Add 22 spruce stairs in an 11 by 3 outlineLeave 2 gaps in the outline. Add 8 stone brick stairs on the roof edges too.
27. 27Top the roof with a row of 13 stone brick slabsPut 4 stone brick stairs at the 4 corners of a 13 by 3 area.
28. 28Put the red bed on the right side upstairsThe bed takes 2 blocks. This side is the bedroom.
29. 29Place a crafting table, smithing table, and stonecutterPut them inside on the left side of layer 1. This is your work area.
30. 30Add a furnace, blast furnace, smoker, and brewing standPut the cauldron in too. They all go inside in the middle on layers 1 and 2.
31. 31Put an enchanting table, anvil, and grindstone upstairsThese go on the left side on layers 5 and 6.
32. 32Place 15 chests and 2 barrels insideThey go in the middle of layer 1. This is your storage room.
33. 33Add 12 chests in a 6 by 2 rectanglePut them on layer 2 at the front side, inside the house.
34. 34Stack 13 more chests and 1 ender chestThese go from layer 3 to layer 5 at the front, inside a 6 by 2 area.
35. 35Lay 7 red carpets and 4 potted dead bushesThey go inside in the middle on layer 1.
36. 36Add 4 columns of oak trapdoors, each 2 blocks tallThat is 8 trapdoors. Add the potted blue orchid and potted azure bluet too.
37. 37Place 7 bookshelves on the left side upstairsThey go on layer 5. Add 1 potted dead bush near them.
38. 38Lay 7 red carpets in a 3 by 3 outlineLeave 1 gap. Add 2 beehives along a 3 block line on the right side.
39. 39Add 10 oak trapdoors on layer 6Put 1 bookshelf and 1 large amethyst bud here too.
40. 40Add 10 more oak trapdoors on layers 6 and 7Add 1 large amethyst bud, 1 amethyst cluster, a potted torchflower, and a potted lily of the valley.
41. 41Hang 7 lanterns on layer 2Spread them out inside so the downstairs is nice and bright.
42. 42Hang 3 lanterns on layer 6These light up the upstairs rooms.
43. 43Make a 4 by 4 square of 16 farmland and add waterDig one block down first. Put 4 dirt at the corners of a 4 by 2 area, and use 1 water bucket.
44. 44Place 5 oak leaves as little bushesThey go from layer 2 to layer 6. Look at the picture to see where each one sits.
45. 45Plant 8 carrots in the back left gardenPlant them on the farmland in a 4 by 4 area.
46. 46Plant 8 wheat seeds next to the carrotsThey go in the same 4 by 4 garden in the back left corner.
47. 47Hang 1 lantern at the front right cornerPut it outside on layer 2 so the way in is lit at night.
