How do I use these skins on Minecraft Bedrock?

On Windows, Android, iPhone and iPad: download the PNG, open Dressing Room, then Classic Skins, select the blank skin under Owned, choose Import, then Choose New Skin and pick the file. Xbox, PlayStation and Switch can't import custom PNG skins. Full guide

Yes. They are standard Minecraft skin PNGs. In the Minecraft Launcher open Skins, add a new skin, browse to the PNG and pick the matching arm size.

What is the difference between slim and classic skins?

Slim skins (Alex) have arms 3 pixels wide, classic skins (Steve) have arms 4 pixels wide. Pick the matching model when you import the skin, or the arms show a gap.
