Steps
1
Dig down and place 46 spruce planks at the back
Dig 1 block below the grass first. Fit the planks inside a 12 by 4 area. This starts the floor.
2
Add 46 more spruce planks in the middle
Keep them 1 below the grass, right next to the back part. Fill a 12 by 5 area.
3
Lay another 46 spruce planks in the middle
Keep going toward the front. These fit inside a 12 by 5 area, still 1 below the grass.
4
Finish the floor with 46 spruce planks at the front
This is the last floor part. Fit them inside a 12 by 5 area, 1 below the grass.
5
Frame the back with 21 oak planks and 6 oak logs
These go around the edge of the spruce floor, 1 below the grass. They make a nice border.
6
Frame the front with 19 oak planks and 8 oak logs
Finish the floor border at the front, 1 below the grass. Look at the picture to see where the logs go.
7
Place 38 oak stairs and 2 oak planks around the base
Set the stairs on layer 1 all around the edge. The 2 oak planks sit along a 4 block line.
8
Put 18 stone brick walls around the outside
These short stone posts go on the outer edge of the house on layer 1. They make the base look strong.
9
Stand up 14 oak logs as posts on layer 1
These are the posts of the walls. The windows will go in the spaces between them.
10
Add 32 spruce fences on layers 2 and 3
Put them on the outer edge, 2 blocks high. They look like posts on the outside of the walls.
11
Stack 28 oak logs and 4 oak planks on top
Put 2 more logs on top of each post from layer 1. The planks make 2 columns, each 2 blocks tall.
12
Place 24 upside down oak stairs on layer 4
Aim at the top half of a block to flip the stairs upside down. They sit above the windows like a trim.
13
Add 14 spruce fences on layer 4
Put them on top of the fences you already placed. This makes the outside posts taller.
14
Build layer 4 with 14 oak logs and 4 stone brick stairs
Put the logs on top of the posts. Flip all 4 stairs upside down. Add the 2 oak planks along a 4 block line.
15
Fill the wall tops with 28 oak planks
These go on layers 5 and 6 in the middle. Add the 2 oak stairs upside down along a 4 block line.
16
Add 20 stone brick slabs and 4 stone bricks
Put 12 of the slabs in the top half of the block. The 4 stone bricks go at the corners.
17
Place 8 oak logs, 4 stone brick slabs, and 4 spruce fences
The logs make 4 columns, each 2 blocks tall. Put the 4 slabs in the top half. The fences go at the corners.
18
Top it off with 4 oak fences and 4 oak planks
These go on layer 7 at the corners. Look at the picture to line them up.
19
Fill layer 2 with 38 glass panes
Put the glass in the gaps between the posts all around. This makes the bottom row of windows.
20
Add 38 more glass panes on layer 3
Stack these right on top of the first row. Now the windows are taller.
21
Place 14 glass panes on layer 4
These go in the middle part of the walls to make some windows taller.
22
Make the roof edge with 38 stone brick slabs
Put them all around the outside on layer 5. Add the 4 stone bricks at the corners.
23
Lay 34 spruce planks on layer 5
These go just inside the stone edge. They hold up the roof.
24
Build the left roof with 32 spruce slabs
Make the outline of a 2 by 17 rectangle with 2 gaps. Put 15 slabs in the top half. Add 2 stone bricks and 2 stone brick slabs.
25
Build the right roof with 32 spruce slabs
Do the same as the left side. Put 15 slabs in the top half. Add 2 stone brick slabs and 2 stone bricks.
26
Add 4 spruce planks to the middle of layer 6
Put them at the 4 corners of a 10 by 17 area. They help hold up the roof.
27
Add 32 spruce slabs higher up on the left roof
Make a 2 by 17 outline with 2 gaps on layer 7. Put 15 slabs in the top half. Add 2 stone bricks and 2 stone brick slabs.
28
Add 32 spruce slabs higher up on the right roof
Match the left side on layer 7. Put 15 slabs in the top half. Add 2 stone brick slabs and 2 stone bricks.
29
Place 4 spruce planks in the middle of layer 7
Put them at the 4 corners of a 6 by 17 area. The roof is getting close to the top.
30
Make the roof top with 34 spruce slabs
Make the outline of a 4 by 17 rectangle with 4 gaps. Add the 4 stone brick slabs and 4 stone bricks at the corners.
31
Close the roof with 34 spruce planks
Fill a 2 by 17 rectangle right down the middle on layer 8. This is the very top of the roof.
32
Fill the left side with 30 chests on layer 1
Make a filled 2 by 15 rectangle inside the house. Chests next to each other join into big chests, and that is okay.
33
Place 48 chests in the middle on layer 1
Make a filled 4 by 12 rectangle in the middle of the room. This is where lots of your stuff will go.
34
Fill the right side with 30 chests on layer 1
