Steps

1. 1Place 38 cyan terracotta on the left side of the floorThis is layer 1, right on the grass. Fit them in a 5 by 9 area and add 3 sea lantern blocks in a straight row for light.
2. 2Place 34 cyan terracotta on the right side of the floorStay inside a 5 by 9 area. Put 6 sea lantern blocks in a filled 2 by 3 rectangle so the floor glows.
3. 3Ring the floor with 40 smooth quartz blockMake the outline of an 11 by 11 square around the terracotta. This is the edge of the house.
4. 4Build 4 smooth quartz block columns, each 4 blocks tallThey go from layer 2 to layer 5, one at each corner. They hold up the roof.
5. 5Lay 43 smooth quartz block on layer 6 for the roofSpread them inside the 11 by 11 area. This flat top will hold the roof garden, so leave room for the dirt and stairs.
6. 6Build stairs on the left with 12 smooth quartz stairsFit them in a 5 by 2 area. 8 of the stairs go upside down. Stack the 2 oak fence and 1 cobblestone wall to make a pole.
7. 7Make a ring of 36 glass on layer 2Go all the way around the 11 by 11 outline. Leave the 4 gaps where the quartz columns stand.
8. 8Make a ring of 36 glass on layer 3Put it right on top of the glass below. Keep the same 4 gaps at the columns.
9. 9Make a ring of 36 glass on layer 4Keep going up around the 11 by 11 outline. The walls are almost all glass, so you can see out.
10. 10Make a ring of 36 glass on layer 5This is the last glass row. It should reach right up to the roof.
11. 11Put 43 black stained glass pane around the roof edgePlace them on layer 7 inside the 11 by 11 area. They make a safe railing so you do not fall off.
12. 12Add 6 smooth quartz stairs that lead up to the roofThey go in the front left corner in a 3 by 2 area. Add 4 smooth quartz block around them to finish the way up.
13. 13Add 2 acacia stairs and 2 acacia slab for picnic seatsPut them in the back left corner of the roof along a 3 block line. Place the 1 oak slab up high for the umbrella.
14. 14Set up the bedroom with 1 red bed and 4 bookshelfPut 5 white carpet in a 3 by 2 outline with 1 gap. Add 1 ender chest and 1 smithing table close by.
15. 15Place 5 spruce trapdoor in a 3 by 2 outlineLeave 1 gap in the outline. Hang 2 lantern blocks on the left side so the room is bright.
16. 16Lay 35 farmland on the right side of the roofFill a 4 by 9 area on layer 6. This is your roof farm.
17. 17Cover the left side of the roof with 26 grass blockFit them in a 5 by 6 area. Put 4 dirt on the corners of a 3 by 2 area.
18. 18Plant 35 wheat seeds on the farmlandPut one seed on each farmland block in the 4 by 9 area. Soon you will have a field of wheat.
19. 19Add 9 short grass, 2 poppy and 2 dandelionSpread them over the grass on the left side of the roof. This makes a pretty little garden.
20. 20Line the right wall with 3 barrel, 3 furnace and 3 chestThis is layer 2. Put the furnaces in a straight row of 3 and the chests in a straight row of 3.
21. 21Add 1 cauldron, crafting table, stonecutter and enchanting tablePlace them on layer 2 along the back side. Each one is just a single block.
22. 22Stack 3 barrel, 3 smoker and 3 chest on layer 3Put them on top of the row below on the right side. The smokers go in a straight row of 3.
23. 23Put 1 anvil, 1 brewing stand and 1 grindstone on layer 3Set them on the back side, right above the blocks from the step before. Now you have a full work area.
24. 24Stack 3 barrel, 3 blast furnace and 3 chest on layer 4Keep building up the right wall. The blast furnaces go in a straight row of 3.
25. 25Top the wall with 3 barrel, 3 furnace and 3 chestThis is layer 5, the top of the storage wall. Put the furnaces and chests in rows of 3 again.
26. 26Place 9 red carpet in a 3 by 3 squarePut it in the middle of the floor on layer 2. It makes a cozy rug.
27. 27Build a library with 12 bookshelf in the back left cornerKeep them inside a 5 by 5 area. Put 1 large amethyst bud and 1 amethyst cluster on top to make it sparkle.
28. 28Hang 26 spruce trapdoor on the back side at layer 5Fit them in an 8 by 4 area up high. They give the room a wood ceiling look.
29. 29Add 26 more spruce trapdoor in the middleFit them in an 8 by 9 area on layers 5 to 6. Pour the 1 water bucket in its spot.
30. 30Top the umbrella with 4 white carpet and 4 red carpetPut red on the 4 corners of a 3 by 3 area and white in between. It looks like a picnic cloth.
31. 31Hang 1 lantern in the back left cornerIt goes on layer 4 near the bookshelves. It lights up your reading spot.
