Steps

1. 1Dig down 1 and place a 5 by 5 square of acacia planksThis is the floor of the first building. Dig one block below the grass in the middle and fill the whole square.
2. 2Put 1 jack o'lantern on the back sidePlace it on layer 1 at the back of the first building. It glows and lights up the room.
3. 3Add 17 orange stained glass and 1 acacia doorMake the outline of a 7 by 7 square on layers 1 and 2. Leave 7 gaps and put the door in a gap at the front.
4. 4Place 17 orange stained glass around layer 2Follow the same 7 by 7 outline. Leave 7 gaps again so pumpkins can fill them later.
5. 5Place 17 orange stained glass around layer 3Keep the same 7 by 7 outline going up. Count 7 gaps before you move on.
6. 6Place 20 orange stained glass around layer 4Use the same 7 by 7 outline. This time leave only 4 gaps.
7. 7Place 20 orange stained glass around layer 5This is the top row of the wall. Leave 4 gaps in the 7 by 7 outline.
8. 8Set 4 jack o'lanterns in the middle of layer 5Put them inside a 5 by 5 area at the top. They light the room from above.
9. 9Place a cartography table, loom, blast furnace and furnacePut them on layer 1 inside the house. This is your work spot.
10. 10Add 4 barrels and a potted closed eyeblossomPlace them from layer 2 to layer 4 inside a 5 by 5 area. Barrels hold your stuff and the flower makes it pretty.
11. 11Dig down 1 and place a 5 by 5 square of acacia planksNow start the second building. Dig one block below the grass and fill in the whole floor.
12. 12Put 1 jack o'lantern on the back sidePlace it on layer 1 at the back of the second building. It keeps the room bright.
13. 13Add 17 orange stained glass and 1 acacia doorMake the outline of a 7 by 7 square on layers 1 and 2. Leave 7 gaps and put the door in a gap at the front.
14. 14Place 17 orange stained glass around layer 2Copy the first building. Keep the 7 by 7 outline and leave 7 gaps.
15. 15Place 17 orange stained glass around layer 3Build the wall one row higher. Count 7 gaps for pumpkins later.
16. 16Place 20 orange stained glass around layer 4Use the same 7 by 7 outline. Leave just 4 gaps this time.
17. 17Place 20 orange stained glass around layer 5This finishes the wall of the second building. Leave 4 gaps.
18. 18Set 4 jack o'lanterns in the middle of layer 5Place them inside a 5 by 5 area at the top. They light up the room.
19. 19Place 2 chests, a cartography table and a loomPut them on layer 1 inside. The chests go inside a 5 by 2 area for storage.
20. 20Add 4 barrels and a potted oxeye daisyPlace them from layer 2 to layer 4 inside a 5 by 5 area. The daisy adds a happy touch.
21. 21Dig and place a straight row of 3 dirtDig one block below the grass on the front side. Lay the 3 dirt in a line.
22. 22Build a staircase with 33 acacia stairsGo from layer 1 up to layer 6 in the middle, inside a 3 by 6 area. Flip 15 of the stairs upside down.
23. 23Place 13 acacia planks in a 5 by 5 outlinePut them on layer 6. This is the edge of the floor for the top room. Leave 3 gaps.
24. 24Stand up 5 columns of orange stained glassUse 25 blocks in all. Each column is 5 blocks tall, from layer 7 to layer 11.
25. 25Put 24 orange stained glass panes around layer 13Make the outline of a 7 by 7 square. This is the fence around the top garden.
26. 26Add 15 orange stained glass panes and 2 orange stained glassOn layer 7, make the outline of a 5 by 7 rectangle with 5 gaps. Put the 2 glass blocks along a 7 block line.
27. 27Add 15 more orange stained glass panes and 2 orange stained glassDo the same thing on the other side of layer 7. This is a fence for a roof garden.
28. 28Build a flat wall of 16 orange stained glassMake it 5 wide and 5 tall, from layer 7 to layer 11. The empty spots get filled later.
29. 29Build a second flat wall of 16 orange stained glassThis one is also 5 wide and 5 tall. It is one more side of the top room.
30. 30Build a third flat wall of 16 orange stained glassMake it 5 wide and 5 tall like the others. Now the top room has its walls.
31. 31Add 3 acacia doors and 2 acacia slabsPlace them in the middle from layer 6 to layer 8. The slabs go along a 13 block line.
32. 32Dig down and place 48 pumpkinsPut them 1 below the grass inside a 19 by 7 area. They fill the spaces around the base.
33. 33Place 12 pumpkins on layer 1Fill the gaps in the walls inside the 19 by 7 area. Pumpkins make the walls orange.
34. 34Place 12 pumpkins on layer 2Keep filling the wall gaps. Look for empty spots next to the glass.
35. 35Place 14 pumpkins on layer 3Fill the gaps on layer 3 inside the 19 by 7 area.
36. 36Place 8 pumpkins on layer 4There are fewer gaps now. Count 8 and fill them in.
37. 37Place 8 pumpkins on layer 5Fill the last wall gaps on layer 5. The walls should look full now.
38. 38Place 29 pumpkins on the left side of layer 6Put them inside a 10 by 7 area. This makes the roof of the left building.
39. 39Place 29 pumpkins on the right side of layer 6Put them inside a 10 by 7 area. This makes the roof of the right building.
40. 40Place 48 farmland on layer 6Put it in the middle inside a 17 by 5 area. Crops will grow on top of it.
41. 41Plant 24 carrots on the left sidePlant them on layer 7 inside a 5 by 5 area. They grow on the farmland.
42. 42Plant 24 wheat seeds on the right sidePlant them on layer 7 inside a 5 by 5 area. Soon you will have wheat.
43. 43Place 10 pumpkins on layer 7 in the middlePut them inside a 7 by 7 area. They fill the gaps in the top room walls.
44. 44Place 10 pumpkins on layer 8Keep filling gaps in the 7 by 7 area. Look next to the glass.
45. 45Place 13 pumpkins on layer 9Fill the gaps on layer 9 inside the 7 by 7 area.
46. 46Build 4 pumpkin columns, each 2 blocks tallUse 8 pumpkins on layers 10 and 11. They finish the top room walls.
47. 47Place a filled 5 by 5 square of grass blockPut it on layer 12 in the middle. This is the floor of the top garden.
48. 48Place 24 pumpkins in a 7 by 7 outlinePut them on layer 12 all around the grass. They make a border for the garden.
49. 49Plant closed eyeblossoms, wither roses and torchflowersPut them on layer 13 on the grass. Use 4 closed eyeblossoms, 4 wither roses and 3 torchflowers.
50. 50Place 6 chests, 3 furnaces and 2 crafting tablesPut them on layer 1 in the middle. The chests and furnaces go inside a 5 by 4 area.
51. 51Add 2 smithing tables, 2 smokers and a blast furnacePut them on layer 1 at the back side. This makes a busy work area.
52. 52Add 18 barrels, an orange bed, a cauldron and a brewing standPlace them from layer 4 to layer 8 in the middle. The bed takes 2 blocks, so leave room.
53. 53Place a potted lily of the valley and a potted closed eyeblossomPut them on layer 2 at the back side. They make the room cute.
54. 54Place 45 acacia trapdoors on layers 5 and 6Put them in the middle inside a 17 by 7 area. They add nice wood trim.
55. 55Add 8 acacia trapdoors on the front of layer 7Put them inside a 5 by 4 area. They add detail to the front.
56. 56Place a filled 5 by 5 square of acacia trapdoorsPut it on layer 11 in the middle. This is the ceiling of the top room.
