Steps

1. 1Lay 121 smooth quartz blocks on the left side for the floorThis is layer 1, right on top of the grass. Start the white base on the left part.
2. 2Lay 121 smooth quartz blocks in the middle of the floorLine them up next to the left part so there are no holes.
3. 3Lay 119 smooth quartz blocks on the right side of the floorNow the white base is done. Look at it from above to check for gaps.
4. 4Place 88 oak planks on the left side of layer 2These make the wood floor inside the house. Keep them inside the white edge.
5. 5Place 88 oak planks on the right side of layer 2Leave the middle open. A glowing square goes there next.
6. 6Add 101 smooth quartz blocks all around layer 2These make the white edge around the floor and start the outside walls.
7. 7Fill a 7 by 7 square of glowstone in the middleThis bright square sits in the middle of the floor and lights up the room.
8. 8Place 35 smooth quartz stairs upside down around the edgePut them on the outside so they stick out like a ledge. Every one of them goes upside down.
9. 9Build the walls 3 layers high with 111 smooth quartz blocksPut 37 blocks on each layer from layer 3 to layer 5. Add the 6 oak slabs in their small 2 by 3 spot.
10. 10Add 24 deepslate tiles and 15 deepslate tile wallsThe dark blocks make the window frames on the front. Put the 6 spruce fence gates in a small 4 by 4 spot.
11. 11Place 37 smooth quartz blocks around layer 6This keeps the white walls going up. Add 2 oak slabs in a straight row.
12. 12Lay 84 oak planks for the next floor on layers 6 and 7Add 6 deepslate tile walls and 2 deepslate tile stairs. Place the stairs upside down.
13. 13Lay 84 oak planks in the middle of layer 7This fills the middle of the new floor above the first room.
14. 14Lay 80 oak planks on the right side of layer 7Add 2 oak slabs in a straight row. Now this floor is all filled in.
15. 15Place 37 smooth quartz blocks around layer 7These make the white edge around the new floor.
16. 16Add 33 deepslate tile walls around layer 7These dark posts sit just inside the white edge to frame the windows.
17. 17Stack 74 smooth quartz blocks 2 high on layers 8 and 9Put 37 on each layer. Add 6 oak fence and 4 oak slabs in their small spots.
18. 18Add 37 smooth quartz blocks and 21 deepslate tile wallsBuild the walls as 7 columns, each 3 blocks tall. Add 2 oak slabs in a straight row.
19. 19Make a 5 by 5 ring of 16 spruce stairs around 9 spruce planksPut the stairs upside down. Fill the 3 by 3 middle with planks, then add 8 dark oak slabs around it.
20. 20Place 37 smooth quartz blocks around layer 11Keep the white walls going. Add 2 oak slabs in a straight row.
21. 21Add 35 smooth quartz slabs around the outside of layer 11Put each slab in the top half of the block. They make a thin white ledge.
22. 22Add 33 deepslate tile walls around layer 11Line them up with the dark posts below so the frames look straight.
23. 23Lay 84 oak planks on the left side of layer 12This starts the floor for the next level up.
24. 24Lay 84 oak planks in the middle of layer 12Fill right up next to the left part with no holes.
25. 25Lay 80 oak planks on the right side of layer 12Add 2 oak slabs in a straight row to finish this floor.
26. 26Place 37 smooth quartz blocks around layer 12These make the white edge around the floor.
27. 27Place 35 smooth quartz stairs upside down around layer 12Set them on the outside to make another ledge, just like the one lower down.
28. 28Add 33 deepslate tiles around layer 12These dark blocks sit inside the white edge as the bottom of the window frames.
29. 29Stack 74 smooth quartz blocks 2 high on layers 13 and 14Put 37 on each layer. Add 6 oak fence and 4 oak slabs in their small spots.
30. 30Place 37 smooth quartz blocks around layer 15Keep the walls going up. Add 2 oak slabs in a straight row.
31. 31Add 36 stripped spruce logs from layer 13 to layer 15These wood posts make the window frames on this level.
32. 32Stack 74 smooth quartz blocks 2 high on layers 16 and 17Put 37 on each layer. Add the 4 oak slabs in their small 2 by 2 spot.
33. 33Add 38 stripped spruce logs on layers 16 and 17Keep the wood frames going up. Put the 1 stripped spruce wood block in its spot too.
34. 34Add 35 smooth quartz slabs around the outside of layer 17Put each slab in the top half of the block to make a thin ledge.
35. 35Lay 84 oak planks on the left side of layer 18This starts the floor for the next level.
36. 36Lay 82 oak planks in the middle of layer 18Add 2 oak slabs in a straight row with the planks.
37. 37Lay 77 oak planks on the right side of layer 18Add 5 obsidian in a straight row. The dark obsidian is part of this floor.
38. 38Place 37 smooth quartz blocks around layer 18These make the white edge around the floor.
39. 39Place 35 smooth quartz stairs upside down around layer 18Set them on the outside to make one more white ledge.
40. 40Add 33 deepslate tiles around layer 18These sit inside the white edge as the bottom of the window frames.
41. 41Stack 74 smooth quartz blocks 2 high on layers 19 and 20Put 37 on each layer. Add 6 oak fence and 2 columns of obsidian, each 2 blocks tall.
42. 42Place 37 smooth quartz blocks around layer 21Add 2 obsidian along a 5 block line on top of the obsidian below.
43. 43Add 33 deepslate tiles and 14 deepslate tile wallsBuild the walls as 7 columns, each 2 blocks tall. Add 2 oak slabs in a straight row.
44. 44Stack 74 smooth quartz blocks 2 high on layers 22 and 23Put 37 on each layer. Add 5 obsidian in a straight row.
45. 45Lay 42 oak planks in the middle of layer 23This makes part of the floor for the top level.
46. 46Add 40 deepslate tile walls on layers 22 and 23These dark posts frame the windows on this level.
47. 47Build 3 more layers of walls with 111 smooth quartz blocksPut 37 blocks on each layer from layer 24 to layer 26.
48. 48Add 74 smooth quartz blocks and 21 deepslate tile wallsBuild the walls as 7 columns, each 3 blocks tall. This is the top level of the tower.
49. 49Add 35 smooth quartz slabs around the outside of layer 27Put each slab in the top half of the block to make a thin ledge.
50. 50Add 18 glass panes on layer 4 for windowsFill the open spots between the dark frames on the first level.
51. 51Add 18 glass panes on layer 5Put these right on top of the panes below.
52. 52Add 18 glass panes on layer 6This finishes the windows on the first level.
53. 53Add 26 glass panes on layer 8 for windowsFill the open spots between the dark frames on this level.
54. 54Add 26 glass panes on layer 9Stack them on top of the panes below.

56. 56Add 18 glass panes on layer 14 for windowsFill the gaps between the wood frames.
57. 57Add 18 glass panes on layer 15Stack them right on top of the panes below.

59. 59Add 26 glass panes on layer 20 for windowsFill the open spots between the dark frames.

65. 65Place 102 oak planks in the middle from layer 20 to 23These fill in the floor of the top level. Add the 8 oak slabs in their small spot.
66. 66Lay 104 oak planks on the right side of layer 23This finishes the floor for the top level.
67. 67Make a 5 by 5 ring of 16 spruce stairs around 9 spruce planksPut the spruce stairs upside down. Add 3 smooth quartz stairs in a straight row too.
68. 68Add 33 deepslate tile walls, 8 dark oak slabs, and 6 oak fencePut the slabs around the spruce square. The walls and fence go in their spots on this level.
69. 69Place 35 smooth quartz stairs upside down around layer 28These make the top ledge that holds up the roof edge.
70. 70Place 37 smooth quartz blocks around layer 29This is the white rim around the roof garden. It keeps you from falling off.
71. 71Put 1 crafting table on layer 3Place it on the right side inside the first room.
72. 72Add 2 brewing stands, 2 cauldrons, and more toolsPut the grindstone, anvil, and enchanting table along the back wall too. This is your magic room.
73. 73Place 4 furnaces, 4 smokers, and a crafting tableAdd the stonecutter too. This level is your cooking and smelting room.
74. 74Add 4 smokers and 4 blast furnaces on layers 13 and 14Stack them with the cooking blocks below.
75. 75Add 4 blast furnaces and 4 furnaces on layer 14These go in the middle of the room on top of the others.
76. 76Add 4 furnaces, 4 smokers, and 4 blast furnacesThese go on layer 15 to finish the tall smelting walls.
77. 77Put a smithing table and a crafting table on layer 19Place both on the right side inside this room.
78. 78Place 16 chests and 6 barrels along the back on layer 3This is the storage room. Line them up along the back side.
79. 79Place 16 chests and 6 barrels on layer 4Stack them right on top of the chests and barrels below.
80. 80Place 16 chests and 6 barrels on layer 5This finishes the tall storage wall.
81. 81Add 2 barrels, 2 chests, and 1 ender chestPut them along the back side in the magic room.
82. 82Stack 12 barrels in 4 columnsMake each column 3 blocks tall in the middle of the cooking room.
83. 83Put 2 chests on the right side of layer 19Space them along a 9 block line.
84. 84Lay a 7 by 7 rug of 49 red carpetAdd 4 spruce trapdoors and 3 decorated pots around the room.
85. 85Place 9 bookshelves and 2 decorated pots at the backThe bookshelves help power up the enchanting table.
86. 86Add 8 dark oak trapdoors in the middle of layer 8Put them around the spruce square in the middle of the room.
87. 87Add 7 bookshelves and potted plants in the back right cornerUse the potted bamboo, oak sapling, blue orchid, and torchflower.
88. 88Add 4 spruce trapdoors and 3 decorated pots on layer 13Place them around the cooking room as decoration.
89. 89Add 4 spruce trapdoors and 4 decorated pots on layer 19Place them around the room to make it look nice.
90. 90Hang 11 lanterns from layer 4 to layer 6Spread them out so the first room has no dark spots.
91. 91Hang 10 lanterns from layer 9 to layer 11Spread them around the magic room.
92. 92Hang 4 lanterns from layer 14 to layer 16Put them in the middle part of the cooking room.

95. 95Place 1 spruce slab in the front left corner of layer 28This small slab sits near the roof garden.
96. 96Build tree trunks with 13 oak logs on the roofStack the logs from layer 29 to layer 33 in the middle of the roof.
97. 97Add 119 oak leaves around the towerThese make the green bushes on the balconies and the lower part of the trees.
98. 98Add 65 oak leaves on the right side of the roofPut them on layers 30 and 31 to make the tree tops full.
99. 99Top the trees with 53 oak leavesPut them from layer 32 to layer 34 around the trunks.
100. 100Place 10 grass blocks on layer 3These make a small planter on the first level balcony.
101. 101Plant 10 sweet berries on the grassPut one on top of each grass block from the step before.
102. 102Add 10 grass blocks and 4 short grass on layers 13 and 14Plant the azure bluet and dandelion on the grass too.
103. 103Plant flowers in the front left corner of layer 14Use the lily of the valley, cornflower, oxeye daisy, and poppy.
104. 104Add 10 grass blocks and 4 short grass on layers 19 and 20Plant the 2 flowering azalea and the blue orchid on the grass too.
105. 105Plant a poppy, an azure bluet, and a dandelionPut them in the front left corner of layer 20.
106. 106Lay 87 grass blocks on the left side of the roofAdd 1 dirt block too. This starts the roof garden.
107. 107Lay 88 grass blocks in the middle of the roofFill right next to the left part with no holes.
108. 108Lay 85 grass blocks on the right side of the roofAdd 3 dirt blocks too. Now the whole roof is green.
109. 109Make a 5 by 5 patch of 24 farmland in the front left cornerUse a hoe on the grass to turn it into farmland.
110. 110Plant 34 rose bushes around the roof edgePut 17 rose bushes along the edge. Each one is 2 blocks tall.
111. 111Plant 24 wheat seeds on the farmlandPut one seed on each farmland block to grow a small wheat farm.
