Steps
1
Place a 3 by 14 rectangle of stone on the left side
This starts the floor. Fill it all the way in with no holes. Count 3 across and 14 long.
2
Add another 3 by 14 rectangle of stone next to it
Put it right beside the first one on the left side. Now the floor is getting wider.
3
Fill the middle with 41 stone and 1 glowstone
The middle strip is 3 by 14. Put the glowstone in the one empty spot so it lights the room from the floor.
4
Place a 3 by 14 rectangle of stone on the right side
Fill it in all the way. Make sure it touches the middle strip with no gaps.
5
Finish the floor with one more 3 by 14 stone rectangle
This is the last strip on the right side. Now the whole floor is done.
6
Build 36 stone blocks on layer 2 on the left side
These start the left wall. Look at the picture and keep the inside of the room open.
7
Add 34 stone and a row of 2 obsidian in the middle
Place the 2 obsidian side by side. They make a dark strip in the room.
8
Place 36 stone blocks on layer 2 on the right side
This starts the right wall. Keep the inside open so you have room to walk.
9
Lay 42 oak planks on the back side
These make a wood floor in the back of the room. They fit inside an 11 by 6 area.
10
Lay 42 oak planks on the front side
This is the wood floor for the front of the room. It fits inside an 11 by 7 area.
11
Add 39 stone, 4 spruce fence and 3 spruce stairs on the left
This is layer 3. The fence and stairs make seats and a little table. Face the stairs toward the fence.
12
Add 32 stone, 4 obsidian, 3 spruce stairs and 2 spruce fence
This goes on layers 3 and 4 on the right. Stack the obsidian in 2 columns, each 2 blocks tall.
13
Place 42 stone all around on layer 4
This starts the roof edge. Put it along the top of the walls.
14
Build the right roof with 29 stone, 6 spruce stairs and 4 obsidian
Place all 6 stairs upside down. The obsidian makes a flat wall 4 wide and 2 tall.
15
Put in 2 crafting tables, a red bed and work blocks
Add the cauldron, smithing table and enchanting table too. The bed takes 2 blocks, so leave room for it.
16
Add a brewing stand, a grindstone and an anvil
Put these on layer 4 inside the middle of the room. They finish your work area.
17
Place 4 barrels and a row of 2 chests
The barrels go over 3 layers. Put the 2 chests side by side to store your stuff.
18
Add 10 spruce trapdoors, 2 bookshelves and a blue orchid
The trapdoors go on layers 3 and 4 to dress up the room. Set the potted blue orchid where it looks pretty.
19
Hang 6 lanterns and add 9 spruce trapdoors
Spread the lanterns out across the ceiling. Light keeps mobs from showing up inside.
20
Place 40 smooth quartz blocks on layer 7
These make the white frames on top of the grass. Look at the picture: two squares that touch at a corner.
21
Put 46 smooth quartz slabs on top of the frames
The slabs go on layer 8. They make the white rim a little taller.
22
Fill the frames with 48 glass
This is your skylight. Sun shines through it into the room below.
23
Place 2 upside down spruce stairs on the left
These go on layer 5. Aim at the top half of a block to flip them upside down.
24
Make 12 farmland and add 2 dirt on the left
The farmland is a 3 by 5 patch for a small farm. Use a hoe on dirt to turn it into farmland.
25
Add 27 moss blocks in the middle on layer 3
Moss fills the space around the room. It helps build up the ground.
26
Plant 12 wheat seeds on the farmland
Put one seed on each farmland block. Keep the area bright so the wheat can grow.
27
Add 27 moss blocks in the middle on layer 4
Keep stacking the ground around the room. Follow the same spots as the layer below.
28
Spread 43 dirt all around on layer 5
This dirt helps cover the top of the house. Grass will go over it later.
29
Fill the front right corner with 29 dirt
Fill a 6 by 7 area in that corner. This covers the roof part on that side.
30
Add 28 moss blocks in the middle on layer 5
Put these around the middle to keep the ground solid. Leave the room spaces open.
31
Lay 36 dirt on the left side of layer 6
This is almost the top. Keep the dirt even so the grass sits flat.
32
Lay 36 dirt in the middle of layer 6
Leave open spots where the white frames will sit on top.
33
Lay 34 dirt on the right side of layer 6
This finishes the dirt on the right. Check that there are no holes.
34
Add 27 moss blocks on the left side of layer 6
These fill the last spaces on the left. They fit inside a 7 by 12 area.
35
Add 26 moss blocks on the right side of layer 6
These fill the last spaces on the right. They fit inside a 7 by 12 area.
36
Cover the left side with 41 grass blocks
This is layer 7, the very top. Leave room for the white frames.
37
Cover the middle with 41 grass blocks
Fit the grass around the white frames. Now the house hides under the lawn.
38
Cover the right side with 39 grass blocks
This finishes the top. From far away it should look like a plain grass hill.
39
Line up 5 furnaces and 5 barrels in the back right corner
This is layer 3 on the right wall. Put the barrels next to the furnaces for storage.
40
Add 5 smokers, 5 barrels and an ender chest
Put these on layer 4 on the right side, right above the row below. This is your cooking wall.
41
Place 10 barrels and a row of 5 blast furnaces
Put the blast furnaces side by side on layer 5. Use the barrels to keep your things sorted.
42
Build a bookshelf frame with 7 bookshelves and 3 water
The bookshelves make the outline of a 5 by 2 rectangle with 3 gaps. The water fills the gaps to make a secret door.
43
Stack 6 bookshelves, 3 water and 1 oak trapdoor above
The water makes a column 3 blocks tall you can swim up to get out. Put the oak trapdoor at the top.
44
Hang 3 lanterns in the front left corner
These go on layer 5. They light up that corner so it is not dark.
