Steps

1. 1Dig down and place 26 sandstone in the back left cornerDig 1 block below the grass first. Fill the spots inside a 5 by 7 area to start the base.
2. 2Lay 26 sandstone and 6 spruce logs all aroundStay 1 below the grass. The sandstone fits in an 8 by 6 area and the logs fit in a 13 by 5 area.
3. 3Place 33 oak slabs in the front left cornerPut every slab in the top half of the block. This is the dock floor, inside a 5 by 8 area.
4. 4Place 33 oak slabs in the front right cornerUse the top half of the block again. This part of the dock fits inside a 9 by 7 area.
5. 5Lay 25 oak planks in the back left cornerThis is part of the house floor on layer 1. Keep it inside a 4 by 7 area.
6. 6Lay 24 oak planks on the back sideThese finish the wood floor. Keep them inside a 4 by 7 area.
7. 7Build a 9 by 9 outline of 24 smooth quartz blockThis is the bottom of the white walls. Leave the 8 gaps open for posts and doorways.
8. 8Add 15 spruce logs all around on layer 1These are the dark posts of the frame. They all fit inside a 13 by 17 area.
9. 9Place 21 dark oak fence and 1 oak fence on layer 2This makes the railing around the dock so nobody falls in the water.
10. 10Add 20 spruce logs, 6 dark oak fence gates, and 5 oak stairsThe gates let you walk onto the dock. Flip 1 of the stairs upside down.
11. 11Build 17 smooth quartz block and 5 smooth quartz stairsThese raise the white walls on the back side. Leave gaps for doors and windows.
12. 12Add 17 smooth quartz block and a 3 by 3 square of oak planksThis goes from layer 2 to layer 3. The planks fill a full 3 by 3 square.
13. 13Place 15 spruce logs and 1 dark oak fence on layer 3Keep the posts going straight up on top of the ones below.
14. 14Add a 3 by 2 patch of oak planks and 5 oak stairsThese help the outside stairs climb up. Flip 1 of the stairs upside down.
15. 15Build 17 smooth quartz block and 2 smooth quartz stairsThis is layer 4 of the white walls. Put both stairs upside down.
16. 16Place 14 spruce logs and 1 dark oak fence on layer 4Stack the logs on the posts below so the frame stays straight.
17. 17Add 10 dark oak stairs, 5 oak stairs, and 3 oak planksFlip 11 of the stairs upside down. The planks go in a straight row of 3.
18. 18Place 25 spruce logs, 2 oak fence gates, and 2 oak stairsThis is the left side on layer 5. Set the gates along a 5 block line and flip 1 stair upside down.
19. 19Place 27 spruce logs, 1 oak fence gate, and 1 oak stairsThis is the right side on layer 5. Keep it all inside a 9 by 13 area.
20. 20Lay 47 oak slabs for the upstairs floorPut every slab in the top half of the block. They fit inside a 7 by 9 area.
21. 21Build 30 smooth quartz block and 12 oak planks up to layer 7The planks fill a 3 by 4 rectangle. Leave gaps in the white wall for windows and a door.
22. 22Add 18 spruce logs on layers 6 and 7These are more dark posts for the upstairs frame on the back side.
23. 23Place 11 smooth quartz stairs and 10 dark oak fenceFlip 6 of the stairs upside down. The fence goes over layers 6 and 7.
24. 24Add 18 smooth quartz block, 2 dark oak fence, and 2 stairsThe 2 stairs are smooth quartz stairs. Put both of them upside down.
25. 25Lay 40 spruce logs across layers 8 and 9This is the thick wood band at the top of the walls, inside a 9 by 9 area.
26. 26Fill the roof ends with 32 smooth quartz blockPut 4 upside down dark oak stairs on the 4 corners of a 9 by 11 area.
27. 27Add 14 upside down dark oak stairs from layer 10 to 13These make a dark edge under the roof ends.
28. 28Put in 5 glass panes and 2 oak doors downstairsEach door is 2 blocks tall. Fill the gaps you left in the walls.
29. 29Put in 5 glass panes and 2 oak doors upstairsThese go from layer 4 to layer 7. Each door takes 2 blocks.
30. 30Add 8 glass panes in 4 columns, 2 blocks tallThese tall windows go in the middle on layers 7 and 8.
31. 31Place 6 oak slabs, 2 oak stairs, and 1 dark oak fenceThe slabs make a 3 by 2 rectangle. Put them in the top half of the block.
32. 32Add 22 dark oak stairs, 8 dark oak fence, and 2 spruce logsThese build the dark roof edges from layer 6 to layer 9.
33. 33Place 15 campfires in a 3 by 5 rectangleThey go on layer 9 in the back right corner. They look like wood boards for a little shade roof.
34. 34Lay 27 oak stairs for one side of the roofGo from layer 10 to layer 12. Face the stairs so they climb up to the top.
35. 35Lay 27 oak stairs for the other side of the roofMatch the first side so the roof looks even.
36. 36Add 18 oak stairs and 12 dark oak stairs to the roofThe oak stairs make the outline of a 3 by 9 rectangle with 2 gaps.
37. 37Cap the top with 11 dark oak slabs and 4 dark oak stairsThe slabs go in a straight row of 11. The stairs go on the 4 corners.
38. 38Put the light blue bed upstairsIt goes on layer 6 in the middle. The bed takes 2 blocks.
39. 39Place 2 crafting tables, 1 furnace, and 1 blast furnaceThis is the work area on layer 2 on the left side inside.
40. 40Add 1 smoker, 1 cauldron, and 1 brewing standPut them in the back left corner inside to finish the kitchen.
41. 41Place 1 smithing table and 1 anvil upstairsThey go on layer 6 on the left side inside.
42. 42Set out 6 chests and 2 barrels on layer 2This is your storage room in the middle of the house.
43. 43Stack 8 chests in 4 columns and 2 barrelsEach chest column is 2 blocks tall. The barrels make a column 2 blocks tall too.
44. 44Lay 9 light blue carpet, 2 water buckets, and 2 potted plantsThe carpet is a 3 by 3 square. The pots are a potted dead bush and a potted blue orchid.
45. 45Add 8 light blue carpet, 5 oak trapdoors, and 2 beehivesAlso add 1 flower pot and 1 potted lily of the valley to make it cozy.
46. 46Hang 5 lanterns downstairsSpread them out on layers 3 and 4 so every room is bright.
47. 47Hang 2 lanterns upstairs on layer 7Space them along a 7 block line in the middle.
48. 48Dig and fill 38 sand on the left sideDig 1 block below the grass. This is the beach, inside an 8 by 8 area.
49. 49Dig and fill 38 sand on the back sideStay 1 below the grass. Keep it inside a 5 by 10 area.
50. 50Dig and fill 36 sand in the back right cornerStay 1 below the grass. Keep it inside a 4 by 11 area.
51. 51Pour 33 water buckets in the front left cornerDig 1 below the grass first. This is the water under the dock.
52. 52Pour 33 water buckets on the front sideKeep the water 1 below the grass inside a 5 by 7 area.
53. 53Pour 33 water buckets in the front right cornerThis finishes the pool of water under the dock.
54. 54Place 1 sandstone in the back right cornerIt goes 1 below the grass to fill the last spot.
55. 55Add 4 oak leaves as little bushesPut them on layers 3 to 6 near the windows to add some green.
56. 56Spread 28 sand in the back left corner on layer 1This makes the sandy ground around the house.
57. 57Spread 28 sand in the back right cornerKeep it on layer 1 inside a 5 by 10 area.
58. 58Make 11 farmland in a 3 by 4 patchThis is the little wheat farm in the back right corner.
59. 59Plant 11 wheat seeds on the farmlandPut 1 seed on each farmland block on layer 2.
60. 60Pour 47 water buckets in front on layer 1This fills the water around the dock inside a 15 by 8 area.
61. 61Add 6 dark oak trapdoors and 3 oak signsThese are small trim pieces from layer 3 to layer 7 that make the house look done.
