Steps

1. 1Dig down 1 and place 27 oak planks in the back left cornerDig one block below the grass first. The planks fit inside a 6 by 5 area and make part of the floor.
2. 2Dig down 1 and place 27 oak planks in the front left cornerThis piece also fits inside a 6 by 5 area. It sits right in front of the last one.
3. 3Dig down 1 and fill a 2 by 9 rectangle with 18 oak planksThis strip goes in the middle. It helps join the floor pieces together.
4. 4Dig down 1 and lay a 4 by 11 outline of 26 cobblestoneOnly place the edge of the rectangle. This is the base of the stone part in the middle.
5. 5Build a 4 by 11 outline with 21 cobblestone on layer 1Leave 5 gaps for doors and windows. Put 4 oak stairs in a 2 by 2 square and flip 2 of them upside down.
6. 6Place 19 oak planks in a 6 by 9 outline on the leftLeave 7 gaps so you have room for windows and doors. This is the bottom of the left wall.
7. 7Add 14 oak fence gates and 5 cobblestone walls on the rightThe gates go inside a 6 by 9 area. The walls go inside a 4 by 9 area.
8. 8Stack 21 cobblestone in a 4 by 11 outline on layer 2Leave 5 gaps again for the doors and windows. Check the picture to see where they go.
9. 9Add 14 oak planks, 5 oak fences, and 4 oak stairs on layer 2Planks go in a 6 by 9 area and fences in a 4 by 9 area. Set the stairs in a 2 by 2 square with 2 upside down.
10. 10Build layer 3 with 22 cobblestone in a 4 by 11 outlineLeave 4 gaps this time. Add a row of 2 cobblestone stairs and flip both upside down.
11. 11Add 14 oak planks, 5 oak fences, and 4 oak stairs on layer 3Do it just like layer 2. Remember to turn 2 of the stairs upside down.
12. 12Place 44 oak planks on the left side of layer 4They fit inside a 6 by 9 area. This closes the top of the left room.
13. 13Place 27 oak planks in the back right corner of layer 4They go inside a 6 by 5 area. This is the floor of the room on the right.
14. 14Place 27 oak planks in the front right corner of layer 4Fill this 6 by 5 area right next to the last one. Now the right room floor is done.
15. 15Build layer 4 with 22 cobblestone, 4 oak stairs, and 2 oak slabsMake a 4 by 11 outline and leave 4 gaps. Flip 2 stairs upside down and put the slabs in the top half.
16. 16Stack 40 cobblestone in a 4 by 11 outline on layers 5 and 6Build it 2 layers high. Leave 6 gaps for the doors and windows.
17. 17Add 28 oak planks, 7 oak fences, and 1 smooth quartz stairsStack the planks 2 layers high inside a 6 by 9 area. The fences go inside an 8 by 7 area.
18. 18Stack 44 cobblestone in a 4 by 11 outline on layers 7 and 8Leave 4 gaps in the stone. Put 2 oak fences along a 7 block line.
19. 19Place 14 oak planks on the right side of layer 7They go inside a 6 by 9 area. This is the top row of the right room walls.
20. 20Put in 3 spruce doors and 2 glass panesEach door is 2 blocks tall. Set them in the gaps in the middle stone wall and put the glass panes in a row.
21. 21Add 18 glass panes on the left for big windowsFill them in from layer 2 to layer 4 inside an 8 by 11 area. Use the gaps you left in the walls.
22. 22Place 19 gray stained glass panes in a 6 by 9 outlineLeave 7 gaps. This makes a see through railing around the deck on layer 5.
23. 23Add 9 glass panes and 2 spruce doors on the rightWork on layers 5 and 6. Each door takes 2 blocks, so make sure the gaps are tall enough.
24. 24Fill in 9 more glass panes on layer 6 on the rightThey go inside an 8 by 11 area. Put them in the window gaps that are still open.
25. 25Add 13 glass panes on layers 7 and 8 on the rightThese are the top windows. Fill the gaps left in the walls so light can get in.
26. 26Place 10 oak planks and 6 spruce stairs on the leftThe planks go in a 4 by 5 area and the stairs in a 3 by 5 area. Check the picture to see which way the stairs face.
27. 27Cover the back right corner with 27 oak planks on layer 8Fill a 6 by 5 area. This is half of the roof for the right room.
28. 28Cover the front right corner with 27 oak planks on layer 8Fill this 6 by 5 area too. Now the right room has a full flat roof.
29. 29Lay 19 spruce slabs on the left side of layer 8They go inside a 5 by 7 area. This makes the open wood frame over the deck.
30. 30Fill a 4 by 11 rectangle with 44 cobblestone on topThis is the flat roof of the stone part in the middle. It goes on layer 9.
31. 31Put 1 red bed in the room on the rightThis is the bedroom on layer 5. The bed takes 2 blocks, so leave room for it.
32. 32Place a smoker, a blast furnace, and a furnacePut them inside the left room on layer 1. This is your cooking corner.
33. 33Add 8 chests, 2 barrels, and your crafting blocksStack the chests in 4 columns 2 blocks tall and the barrels in a column. Add the crafting table, smithing table, and stonecutter.
34. 34Place 1 ender chest in the back right cornerIt goes inside on layer 5. Things you put in it stay safe.
35. 35Add the potted plants to the left roomUse the potted dead bush, potted azure bluet, and potted blue orchid. They make the room look nice.
36. 36Decorate the middle with 7 red carpets and 2 beehivesMake a 3 by 3 outline of red carpet with 1 gap. Add 1 light gray carpet, the potted oxeye daisy, and the potted oak sapling.
37. 37Hang 8 lanterns around layer 3Spread them inside a 15 by 9 area. They keep the bottom rooms bright and help keep mobs away.
38. 38Add 6 lanterns in the right room up topPlace them on layers 6 and 7 inside an 8 by 7 area. They light up the bedroom.
39. 39Plant 45 oak leaves around the house as bushesPlace them over 2 layers all around the house. They make a soft green hedge at the bottom.
