Steps

1. 1Fill a 5 by 6 area with 25 spruce planks on the leftDig 1 block down into the grass first. This is the wood floor on the left side.
2. 2Lay 25 spruce planks in a 7 by 5 area at the backDig 1 block down first so the planks sit flat with the grass. This makes the back floor.
3. 3Place 29 stone bricks and 2 oak logs in the middleDig 1 block down first. The 2 oak logs go along a 5 block line.
4. 4Build the first wall row with 36 stone bricksThis is layer 1 at the back. Add the 2 spruce fence and 2 oak fence too. Leave gaps for the door.
5. 5Fill a 3 by 6 rectangle with 18 campfires at the frontCount 3 one way and 6 the other way. Add the 1 cobblestone stairs as a step.
6. 6Stack 32 stone bricks for the second wall rowThis is layer 2 at the back. Put the 1 cobblestone stairs as a step and keep the door gap open.
7. 7Lay 24 stone brick slabs on the left sidePut each slab in the top half of the block. Turn the 2 stone brick stairs upside down.
8. 8Lay 22 stone brick slabs on the right sideThese slabs go in the top half of the block too. Place all 4 stone brick stairs upside down.
9. 9Finish the stone walls with 30 stone bricksThis is layer 3 at the back. Add a row of 2 cobblestone and 1 cobblestone stairs.
10. 10Add 10 oak stairs and 9 oak planks for the wood partTurn 5 of the oak stairs upside down. Add the 1 smooth quartz stairs too.
11. 11Place 4 oak logs at the corners of a 7 by 7 areaThese logs are the corner posts. Add 8 spruce fence gates and 3 cobblestone wall along the back.
12. 12Build the log walls with 32 oak logs, 3 layers highLeave gaps for windows. Put 4 stone brick stairs upside down at the corners of a 7 by 9 area.
13. 13Fill in the walls with 28 stripped oak logsPut 14 logs on each of the 2 layers. Add 1 oak stairs upside down.
14. 14Add 16 oak planks and 8 spruce fence at the backThis goes from layer 5 to layer 9. The spruce fence makes posts for the porch.
15. 15Place 10 upside down stone brick stairs under the roofThese go on layers 8 to 10 in the back left corner. They make a nice trim under the roof edge.
16. 16Put in 2 oak doors and 3 glass panes on the rightEach door takes 2 blocks. Set the 3 glass panes in a straight row to make a window.
17. 17Add 10 glass panes for the left windowsMake 5 columns, each 2 blocks tall. They fill the gaps you left in the log wall.
18. 18Fill a 3 by 7 rectangle with 21 campfires for the porch topAdd 3 spruce fence gates and 2 cobblestone wall too.
19. 19Lay 18 stone brick stairs for the bottom roof edgeThis is layer 7 in the back left corner. It is the first row of the roof.
20. 20Build the roof with 42 spruce stairs over 3 layersEach layer moves in toward the middle. Face the stairs so they climb up to the top.
21. 21Top the roof with a row of 9 stone brick slabsFirst add the 12 stone brick stairs on the roof edges. The slabs cap the very top.
22. 22Put the red bed upstairs in the back left cornerThe bed takes 2 blocks. It sits on layer 4, so this is the bedroom.
23. 23Line up a furnace, blast furnace, and smokerPut them inside along the back wall. This is the kitchen.
24. 24Add a cauldron, stonecutter, crafting table, and smithing tableThese go inside in the middle of the room. This is the work area.
25. 25Place a brewing stand and a crafting table on the rightThey go inside, somewhere between layer 2 and layer 4.
26. 26Set 6 chests and 5 barrels in the middleThese are for storage. Leave room so you can still walk around.
27. 27Stack 9 chests, 3 barrels, and 1 ender chest at the backThe chests go over 3 layers. Keep them close to the back wall.
28. 28Decorate with brown carpet, spruce trapdoors, and potted plantsUse 2 potted dead bush and 1 potted azure bluet. The 3 carpets make the outline of a 2 by 2 square.
29. 29Lay 7 red carpet in the bedroomMake the outline of a 3 by 3 square. Add 2 beehive and 1 potted lily of the valley.
30. 30Hang 4 lanterns inside on layer 2Spread them out near the back so the room is nice and bright.
31. 31Add 4 lanterns to the top roomPut them on layers 5 and 6 so the upstairs is bright too.
32. 32Fill an 8 by 6 pond with 43 water buckets on the front leftDig 1 block down into the grass first, then pour in the water.
33. 33Make a second 8 by 6 pond on the front rightDig 1 block down first. You need 43 water buckets for this one too.
34. 34Place 2 oak logs as dock posts at the front leftThey go 1 below the grass along a 5 block line.
35. 35Add 30 oak leaves as bushes at the backPlace them on layers 1 and 2 along the walls to make green bushes.
36. 36Build a little dock with 10 spruce trapdoors and 2 barrelsThis goes at the front left on layers 1 and 2. The barrels go along a 5 block line.
37. 37Hang 4 lanterns at the back right cornerPut them on the posts by the stairs so the path glows at night.
