Steps

1. 1Dig down and lay 38 stone bricks in the back left cornerDig 1 block below the grass first. Spread the bricks inside a 10 by 4 area to make a strong base.
2. 2Lay 38 stone bricks along the right sideStay 1 below the grass. Spread them inside a 5 by 16 area.
3. 3Add 36 more stone bricks on the right sideKeep them inside a 3 by 16 area, still 1 below the grass, next to the bricks you just placed.
4. 4Lay 25 spruce planks in the front left cornerFit them inside a 13 by 12 area. Spruce is the dark wood for one friend's side.
5. 5Place 25 spruce planks on the right side floorFit them inside a 6 by 18 area, 1 below the grass. Look at the picture to copy the pattern.
6. 6Lay 25 cherry planks on the left side floorKeep them inside a 5 by 17 area. Cherry is the pink wood for the other friend's side.
7. 7Fill the middle with 24 cherry planksThey go inside a 13 by 12 area. This finishes the pink part of the floor.
8. 8Place a filled 4 by 5 rectangle of pale oak planksPut all 20 on the left side, 1 below the grass. This light patch adds a fun color to the floor.
9. 9Place a filled 5 by 4 rectangle of oak planks at the frontUse all 20 on the front side, 1 below the grass. It adds a warm color near the front.
10. 10Start the pink wall with 33 cherry planksMake the outline of a 17 by 6 rectangle with 9 gaps. Add 4 pale oak planks as corners of a 3 by 2 area and 2 pale oak stairs.
11. 11Start the spruce wall with 33 spruce planksMake the outline of a 6 by 18 rectangle with 11 gaps. Add 4 oak planks as corners of a 2 by 3 area and 2 pale oak fence gates.
12. 12Add 2 oak fence gates and 2 oak stairs at the frontPut the gates side by side. The stairs go along a 3 block line, so leave the middle spot open.
13. 13Raise the pink wall with 23 cherry planks on layer 2Keep the gaps open for windows. Add 2 pale oak planks and 2 pale oak stairs along 3 block lines.
14. 14Raise the spruce wall with 23 spruce planks on layer 2Leave the window gaps open. Add 2 oak stairs and 2 oak planks along 3 block lines.
15. 15Add 24 cherry planks and 3 pale oak stairs on layer 3Put the stairs in a straight row of 3 on the back side. Keep the window gaps open.
16. 16Add 24 spruce planks and 3 oak stairs on layer 3Put the stairs in a straight row of 3 on the right side. Keep the window gaps open.
17. 17Lay 29 oak planks and 2 oak stairs on layer 4The planks make a floor inside a 4 by 10 area on the right side. Flip both stairs upside down.
18. 18Place 23 oak planks and 7 oak stairs at the front rightThe planks fit a 4 by 7 area. Turn 4 of the stairs upside down to make neat edges.
19. 19Place 22 pale oak planks and 7 pale oak stairs at the back leftThe planks fit a 7 by 4 area. Turn 4 of the stairs upside down.
20. 20Lay 26 pale oak planks and 2 pale oak stairs on the backThe planks go inside a 9 by 4 area. Flip both stairs upside down.
21. 21Build a ring of 31 cherry planks on layer 4Make the outline of a 17 by 6 rectangle on the back side. Leave 11 gaps for windows and doors.
22. 22Build a ring of 31 spruce planks on layer 4Make the outline of a 6 by 18 rectangle on the right side. Leave 13 gaps.
23. 23Stack 18 cherry planks and 1 cherry fence on layer 5They go inside a 13 by 6 area. Keep the window gaps open as you build up.
24. 24Stack 18 spruce planks and 1 spruce fence on layer 5They go inside a 6 by 14 area. Keep the window gaps open as you build up.
25. 25Add 18 cherry planks plus oak and pale oak stairsMake a filled 2 by 2 square of 4 oak stairs and one of 4 pale oak stairs. Turn 4 of the stairs upside down.
26. 26Add 18 spruce planks plus oak and pale oak stairsMake a filled 2 by 2 square of 4 oak stairs and one of 4 pale oak stairs. Turn 4 of the stairs upside down.
27. 27Lay 34 oak planks on the right side for layer 7Fit them in a 4 by 12 area. Add 2 pale oak stairs in a row and 2 oak stairs in a row.
28. 28Lay 30 pale oak planks on the back for layer 7Fill them inside an 11 by 4 area. This makes a top floor on the back.
29. 29Build a ring of 26 cherry planks on layer 7Make the outline of a 13 by 6 rectangle. Leave 8 gaps.
30. 30Build a ring of 26 spruce planks on layer 7Make the outline of a 6 by 14 rectangle. Leave 10 gaps.
31. 31Put up 32 cherry fences on layers 8 to 10Spread them over 3 layers inside a 13 by 6 area. They make a railing and hold up the roof.
32. 32Add 32 spruce fences and stripped logs as postsSpread the fences over 3 layers. Use 6 stripped spruce logs and 6 stripped cherry logs as strong posts.
33. 33Build tall posts with 6 spruce and 6 cherry planksStack them over 3 layers from layer 11 to 13. Add 4 cherry slabs in a row in the top half of the block.
34. 34Place 4 spruce slabs in a row on layer 11Put them on the right side in the top half of the block.
35. 35Add 20 glass panes and 2 doors on the ground floorFill the window gaps on layers 1 and 2. The pale oak door and the oak door let each friend in.
36. 36Add 20 more glass panes on layer 3Put them in the window gaps all around so light comes in.
37. 37Place 12 glass panes in the middle on layer 5They fill the window gaps inside an 8 by 8 area.
38. 38Add 2 spruce doors and 2 cherry doorsEach door takes 2 blocks, on layers 5 and 6. Put them in the door gaps in the middle.
39. 39Add 12 more glass panes on layer 6Put them right above the panes you just placed, inside the 8 by 8 area.
40. 40Add 6 cherry fences and 2 stripped cherry logs for roof postsPut them in the back left corner. The fences fit a 3 by 5 area and the logs go along a 6 block line.
41. 41Add 6 spruce fences and 2 stripped spruce logs for roof postsPut them in the front right corner. The fences fit a 5 by 3 area and the logs go along a 6 block line.
42. 42Lay 26 cherry slabs for the pink roof edgePut them in the top half of the block inside a 14 by 8 area. Add 2 cherry planks along a 6 block line.
43. 43Lay 26 spruce slabs for the brown roof edgePut them in the top half of the block inside an 8 by 14 area. Add 2 spruce planks along a 6 block line.
44. 44Add 30 cherry slabs and 2 cherry planks on layer 12Put 13 of the slabs in the top half and the rest in the bottom half. Place the planks in a row.
45. 45Add 26 spruce slabs and 2 spruce planks on layer 12Put 11 of the slabs in the top half and the rest in the bottom half. Place the planks in a row.
46. 46Make a ring of 16 cherry stairs on the pink roofBuild the outline of a 5 by 6 rectangle with 2 gaps. Face the stairs out so the roof slopes down.
47. 47Make a ring of 16 spruce stairs on the brown roofBuild the outline of a 6 by 5 rectangle with 2 gaps. Face the stairs out so the roof slopes down.
48. 48Top the roofs with 12 spruce and 12 cherry stairsStack them over 2 layers. The spruce ones fit a 4 by 3 area and the cherry ones fit a 3 by 4 area.
49. 49Place a pink bed and a blue bedEach bed takes 2 blocks. Put the pink bed on the cherry side and the blue bed on the spruce side.
50. 50Set up the kitchen with furnaces and crafting tablesPlace 4 furnaces and 2 crafting tables on layer 1. Put the 2 smokers in a row and the 2 blast furnaces in a row.
51. 51Stack 4 furnaces, 2 smokers, and 2 blast furnaces on layer 2Put them right on top of the ones below in the back right corner.
52. 52Stack 4 furnaces, 2 smokers, and 2 blast furnaces on layer 3Put them on top again. Now you have a tall wall of cooking blocks.
53. 53Place 12 chests on layer 1 for storageLine them up along the inside walls so both friends can store their stuff.
54. 54Add 9 barrels on layer 1Put them next to the chests inside a 13 by 13 area for more storage.
55. 55Stack 12 more chests on layer 2Place them right on top of the chests below.
56. 56Stack 9 more barrels on layer 2Place them right on top of the barrels below.
57. 57Stack 12 more chests on layer 3Keep stacking to make a tall storage wall.
58. 58Add 9 barrels and 2 ender chestsThe barrels go from layer 3 up to layer 5. Give each friend an ender chest.
59. 59Decorate with 5 pink carpets and 2 beehivesLay the carpets inside a 9 by 2 area. Add the potted cherry sapling for a cute touch.
60. 60Lay 5 blue carpets on the right sideKeep them in a 2 by 9 area. Add the flower pot and the potted dead bush nearby.
61. 61Hang 2 lanterns on layer 2Put them on the inside walls so the ground floor is bright.
62. 62Place 7 lanterns from layer 3 to layer 5Spread them over 3 layers inside so no dark spots are left.
63. 63Add 6 lanterns on layer 6Put them in the middle rooms to light up the beds.
64. 64Hang 8 lanterns under the roofs on layer 11Spread them all around so the top decks glow at night.
65. 65Make 36 farmland blocks in the front left cornerFill a 6 by 11 area 1 below the grass. Pour the water bucket in so the crops stay wet.
66. 66Make 35 farmland blocks in the middleFill a 6 by 7 area 1 below the grass. Pour the water bucket in to keep the soil wet.
67. 67Add 18 oak leaves as bushes along the frontSpread them over 6 layers inside a 17 by 5 area. They make green hedges around the garden.
68. 68Add 17 cherry leaves along the left sideSpread them over 6 layers inside a 5 by 16 area for pretty pink bushes.
69. 69Plant 36 wheat seeds on the front left farmlandPut one seed on each farmland block in the 6 by 11 area.
70. 70Plant 35 wheat seeds on the middle farmlandPut one seed on each farmland block in the 6 by 7 area.
71. 71Hang 4 lanterns outside on layer 6Spread them around the outside so the house glows at night.
