Steps

1. 1Place 38 oak fence gates around the edgeThey go all around a 15 by 7 area on layer 1. Add 2 mushroom stem blocks along a 9 block line in the middle.
2. 2Add 8 oak fences and 6 oak stairsUse the fences to fill the gaps in the fence ring. Put the stairs in a filled 3 by 2 rectangle, and flip 3 of them upside down.
3. 3Place 28 oak slabs in the top half of the blockThey fill an 8 by 5 area in the middle on layers 2 and 3. Add 3 mushroom stem blocks in a flat wall 9 wide and 2 tall.
4. 4Place 27 oak slabs and 9 oak stairs on the right sidePut the slabs in the top half inside an 8 by 5 area. Set the stairs over 2 layers in a 3 by 2 space, with 3 upside down. Add 1 mushroom stem.
5. 5Build the walls with 36 red mushroom blocksStack them on layers 4 and 5, inside a 13 by 5 area. Leave gaps for the doors and windows.
6. 6Add 4 oak doors and 4 glass panesEach door takes 2 blocks. Put the glass panes at the 4 corners of a 9 by 5 area to make the windows.
7. 7Put 7 oak fences and 2 oak fence gates on layer 4They go inside a 15 by 3 area in the middle. The gates sit along a 15 block line so you can walk through.
8. 8Top the houses with 42 red mushroom blocksBuild the round mushroom caps on layers 6 and 7, inside a 13 by 5 area. This is the roof of each house.
9. 9Put a light blue bed and a red bed insideEach bed takes 2 blocks. Put one bed in each house so both friends have a place to sleep.
10. 10Set up 2 furnaces, 2 smokers, 2 blast furnaces, 2 crafting tablesThis is the kitchen and work spot. Put one of each in every house, lined up along the wall.
11. 11Add 6 barrels, 3 light blue carpets, and 3 red carpetsLine the barrels along an 11 block line for storage. Lay each carpet color in a straight row of 3, one color per house.
12. 12Hang 4 lanterns and add 2 spruce trapdoorsPut the lanterns inside a 9 by 3 area. Add 1 potted blue orchid and 1 potted poppy for a pretty touch.
13. 13Lay 34 mycelium on the left sideDig 1 block down into the grass first, inside an 8 by 8 area. Put 1 dirt block in too.
14. 14Lay 33 mycelium on the right sideDig 1 block down into the grass first, inside an 8 by 8 area. Put 2 dirt blocks in a straight row.
15. 15Make 24 farmland on the left sideDig 1 block below the grass in a 5 by 5 area. Pour the water bucket in the empty spot so the crops stay wet.
16. 16Make 24 farmland on the right sideDig 1 block below the grass in a 5 by 5 area. Pour the water bucket in the empty spot so the crops stay wet.
17. 17Plant 32 carrots in the gardensPut them on the farmland inside a 13 by 5 area, around the outer part of each garden.
18. 18Plant 16 wheat seeds in the middle of each gardenThey fit inside an 11 by 3 area. The wheat turns gold when it is ready to pick.
19. 19Put 8 lanterns on top of the fenceThey go on layer 2 around a 15 by 7 area. Set them on the fence posts so the yard glows at night.
20. 20Hang 4 lanterns at the corners on layer 5Place them at the 4 corners of a 15 by 3 area. They light up the outside of both houses.
